R&B BED AND BREAKFAST - AWARD WINNING (ADULTS ONLY), New Orleans

The R&B Bed and Breakfast, located on Frenchmen Street facing Washington Square Park, is a newly renovated house featuring 14-foot ceilings with crown molding, refinished hardwood floors, and antique and modern furnishings. All guest rooms include an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The 'Blues Room' on the 1st floor offers a king-size bed, a large ensuite bathroom with double shower heads and a soaker tub, antique furnishings, and a 14-foot ceiling with a fan. The largest and most private room, overlooking the courtyard on the 2nd floor, includes a queen-size bed, a pull-out couch, a desk, high ceilings, antique furnishings, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub.

A complimentary continental breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Breakfast includes a selection of coffee, hot teas, orange juice, fresh fruits, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, and an assortment of fresh baked goods, including bread, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, quiche, and smoked salmon. Guests have access to a 24-hour snack bar stocked with fresh fruit, granola bars, chips, cookies, hot and cold cereal, an assortment of bread, bagels, other baked goods, as well as a selection of coffees, teas, and juices.

Located on Frenchmen Street, the R&B Bed and Breakfast is near live music venues, including The Maison, a three-level restaurant, bar, live music venue, and event space.
