Suites and Amenities
The Lookout Inn has four suites, each with a queen-sized bed, an adjacent living room, and a private bathroom. Suites feature a TV with Directv, a mini-refrigerator, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Bathrooms include clawfoot bathtubs with shower heads, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach towels are provided. Each suite has individual A/C and heating units. The Mission, Elvis, Mardi Gras and Bollywood Suites are available for individual or group rentals. Three of the four suites include pull out sleeper sofas.
Mission and Elvis Suites
The Mission Suite, located on the second floor (stairs only), includes a living area, desk, bedroom area, and large private bathroom. The Elvis Suite features a sitting room with a pull-out sleeper sofa and a bedroom area with a queen-size bed. Both suites are located on the second floor (stairs only).
Mardi Gras, Bollywood Suites
The Mardi Gras Suite features a sitting room and queen-size bedroom area and a private entrance. The Bollywood Suite features unique interior furnishings, including leopard carpeting and tapestries. Both the Mardi Gras and Bollywood Suites are located on the first floor.
Outdoor Oasis
The Lookout has a backyard with tropical plants, a cocktail pool, and a hot tub (open seasonally from mid-September to mid-May). Guests can use the BBQ facilities. The poolside cabana includes a mid-size fridge, a toaster oven, a microwave, a water cooler, a sink, and a bathroom. Guests can plug their iPod into the outdoor CD/Tuner/IPod system. The inn provides grilling utensils, cups, and plates.

The Lookout Inn is located in the Bywater neighborhood, 3 km from the French Quarter and 4 km from Bourbon Street. Crescent Park and French Market are convenient. RTA No. 8 stops between the Bywater and French Quarter. Street parking is available. The innkeepers live on-site. Groceries and booze can be ordered from available services and set up in the cabana. Minimum age to reserve is 25. Check-in is at 3 pm.
