Terrell House Bed and Breakfast, built in 1857 for Richard Terrell, offers rooms in the main house and carriage house. The Gold Suite has a queen bed, antique furnishings, Oriental rug, silk draperies, a slate bath with tub and shower, and an adjoining sitting room with a trundle bed. The third-floor rooms offer two twin beds or one king bed, a chest, and a cypress armoire. The carriage house rooms have cypress furniture and original artwork, with private baths. Each room includes individual central heat and A/C, and a ceiling fan. Corner Store Suites feature a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and one bath. Creole House Suites have two bedrooms, a bath, a kitchen, and a living room. All guestrooms feature air conditioning and premium bedding. Some rooms open onto a balcony.

Terrell House is known for Southern-style breakfasts, including Creole Eggs, Crème Brulee French Toast, Creamy Cheese Grits, Belgian Waffles, Eggs Benedict, Fresh Crabmeat Quiche, and Homemade Biscuits. To arrive by car, take the Tchoupitoulas St Exit, go 3 blocks on Euterpe St to Magazine St, and find Terrell House on the corner of Euterpe and Magazine.
